Educators Lydia Courtright, left, and Christin Brown model new Earth Fair OBX T-shirts to be given away during an Earth Day celebration at Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head on April 22 from 1 to 4 p.m. Visitors who interact with at least eight of the 25 exhibitors will receive a free T-shirt, with an option to tie-dye their new garb. Courtright says come early, as only 200 shirts are available. The pier’s first Earth Fair OBX is made possible by a grant from the Outer Banks Community Foundation.
